MyTab will then take reasonable steps to restore the material if technically and practically feasible, unless the copyright owner commences court proceedings to prevent the material's recovery and MyTab is informed of such proceedings.

A valid takedown notice sent to MyTab should be signed by the complainant and contain all of the following information:

●Sufficient information to enable MyTab to identify the infringing material;
●A statement by the complainant requesting that MyTab remove/disable access to the material;
●A statement that the complainant has a good faith belief that the material is an infringing copy;
